General Terms & Conditions of Rental
Terms and Conditions
Please read the following information before you book to ensure you understand our terms and conditions. The rental as priced in the tariff table is per week for up to six people occupying the villa. A deposit of 25% of total rental will secure your holiday.
Holiday cancellation
If you find you cannot go on holiday, please write to us. Cancellation can only be accepted from the person who signed the booking form and is effective from the date received by us. Charges levied will be as follows:
• More than 10 weeks prior to departure Loss of deposit
• Less than 8 weeks prior to departure 50% of holiday cost
• Less than 6 weeks prior to departure 65% of holiday cost
• Less than 4 weeks prior to departure 85% of holiday cost
• Less than 2 weeks prior to departure 100% of holiday cost.
The balance of payment is due 10 weeks prior to your departure. Cheques should be made payable to Brian J Garside, “Oak Cottage”, Lapworth Street, Lapworth, Warwickshire, B94 5QR. We ask for a £150 refundable breakage's deposit. Any damage in excess of this amount will be paid on return by the lead person. If no damage has occurred the full £150 deposit will be refunded, on return, to the lead person. The villa is available from 4pm on the first day of your booking and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Occasionally these times can be changed by arrangement. Bookings will be from Friday to Friday unless otherwise agreed and for weekly periods i.e. 7, 14, 21, 28 days etc. There is a no smoking and no pets policy at the Villa, although smoking is permitted on the patio area. The occupiers must permit the management reasonable access to the property to carry out pool cleaning and urgent maintenance where necessary. The Property must not be sub-let or shared by any persons not nominated on the booking form. Over occupancy will result in all tenants being asked to leave. Please leave the villa in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the tenancy. The price for your villa is fully inclusive of electricity.
The lead name on the booking form takes full responsibility for all other members of the party and in making the booking agrees to abide by these conditions.
