Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week, in UK pounds and relate to parties of six or less. Parties of 7 or 8 may be accepted, subject to circumstances and a surcharge, on application.
Changeover day
Usually Sunday or Tuesday, but flexible where possible, dependent upon other guests.
Booking notes
Our booking form along with the terms and conditions of rental will be sent to you by first class post. Please return the signed booking form with your (non-refundable) deposit of 25% of the total cost within 7 days. This confirms your booking and constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions. The final balance and a £150 returnable deposit (to cover any damage) is due 10 weeks prior to departure (or at time of booking if departure within 10 weeks).
