Notes on accommodation

The villa is ideally suited for those who wish to enjoy playing golf at some of the world's finest golf courses and then to be able to relax in the comfort of the villa and it's own pool and private gardens. The town of Belek is only 2 minutes drive. With the DVD player and Playstation 2, together with a selection of DVD’s, children will be occupied. Also available are several novels for light reading whilst you relax by the pool or in the shaded area of the large patio! Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, but is okay on the patio area.

Bedrooms:

Master 1                       with king size bed, wardrobes, bedside cabinet en-suite shower cubicle basin, WC and cupboard. Balcony, air conditioning.  

Bedroom 2                 with 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobes and bedside cabinet.

Bedroom 3                 with 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobes and bedside cabinet.  

Bedroom 4                 with 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobes and bedside cabinet.

Bathrooms:  

Upstairs                  Family bathroom with basin, bath with shower over and WC.

Downstairs:               Separate cloakroom with basin and WC.    

All bathrooms fully tiled to the walls and floors.

Kitchen/Dining Room:

Large kitchen/diner fully equipped with modern appliances: dishwasher, cooker, hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. Wide range of utensils, crockery, pots and pans. Dining area overlooking private pool and patio. Air conditioning.  

Living Room:

Large bright and spacious lounge overlooking the communal pool.   With two sofas, two chairs, coffee table, 2 occasional tables, TV unit with LCD TV, DVD player, Sony Playstation 2 and satellite TV showing popular European stations. Air conditioning.  

Cleaning/towels

Linen and towels provided (not pool/beach towels). The villa is cleaned and linen changed on a weekly basis. Additional linen/maid service: cleaning is available on request, for which there will be an extra charge.  

Outside

The communal pool and children’s pool are to the front of the villa. There are several quality sun beds, sun umbrellas and a wooden gazebo for shade. From the dining area through patio doors, is a covered terrace, patio area and private pool.
